This performance will take place in October 2016, in Edinburgh, Glasgow and online. This website is an evolving diary of the development process - as well as a place to view the performance of As The Crow Flies, and try out some of the technology and techniques used in its production.
Livescore is a year-long digital arts project, bringing together artists, technical experts and young people, all working together. The project investigates the possibilities of digital networked technology in a performance context – including an interactive website for the creation, sharing and playing of scores, and the use of livestreaming, projection and connected objects in As The Crow Flies.
Partners in the Livescore project are Argyll Youth Arts Hub, #artcore (Edinburgh Youth Arts Hub), Lyceum Youth Theatre, After the News and Kopergietery (Ghent, Belgium).
Livescore is supported by Time to Shine, Scotland’s Youth Arts Strategy which is administered by Creative Scotland. Time to Shine is Scotland’s arts strategy for young people aged up to 25. Its core purpose is to enrich young people’s lives through the arts and creativity.
